The current economic crisis has brought with it a huge increase in workplace stress. From redundancies to withdrawing the provision of milk in staff tearooms and not replacing staff who leave, stories abound of company cut backs. The ongoing effect on employees is worry and stress.
The pressure mounts as personnel are expected to absorb additional tasks to fill the gap left when someone resigns or retires.
Anxiety creeps up slowly and only when we are suffering severe physical and emotional symptoms do we realise the seriousness of the effect on our health and well being, not to mention the knock on effects on family and relationships. Now we are at risk of putting our own job in jeopardy.
Those who are most likely to survive this situation are those who enlist personal help and gather a mental tool kit of effective strategies to protect them.
GreatSuccess can provide your mental tool kit for survival.
